HoganLEAD Series
The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series TM offers managers and leaders a thorough analysis of their competences and potential leadership derailers. In addition, this analysis examines individual values and goals to reveal which organizational culture drives the leader and which culture fits him/her best. The Leadership Forecast Series TM is a unique tool as it associates the leader's personality analysis with extensive recommendations on learning and further development. It is indispensable for current and future executives dealing with their own sustainable development, their own career change or their own coaching. In this context, the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series TM explores three leadership aspects resulting in three detailed personal reports.
• The Potential Report (based on HPI) describes the impression a person makes on others. From this perspective, this report predicts his/her everyday leadership style. The leader's reputation is also described from the perspective of the employees s/he leads. After all, their perception of leadership style is vital for the performance of the team. Moreover the personality features required for success are compared to those of executives worldwide.
